MTV Rocks Playlist
MTV Rocks has artists such as bastille, coldplay and green day all artists which commonly have singles within the charts making MTV Rocks a more diverse channel.
MTV Base Playlist
MTV Base has artists such as aliciea key who is well known however they also have artists such as aj tracey and ray blk who is not commonly known however gains more status through this channel.
MTV Dance Playlist
MTV Dance is one of the most popular channels that people watch. The artists that are included are Necked a new artist that has become popular through their broadcasting. other artists include The chainsmokers and Dua Lipa.
This gallery shows the research into each music channel. I needed to make sure that I chose the correct music channel as I would need to promote my product in order to show the correct genre. I therefore chose to use the MTV Rocks channel as our chosen genre is Alternative Rock.
